Hey Everyone,
Thank you Becka for letting me be a part of the Christmas Cards Blog Hop . Becka from Creations with Becka has come up with a fantastic line up of ladies who have all created Christmas cards to give you ideas of homemade cards you can all make to send to your friends and family this holiday season. So to start off, if you came from Lisa Grave, than you are in the right place. If you just stopped by, please start from the beginning of the hop over at Creations With Becka. Make sure you go through the whole hop and comment on each blog so you are eligible for the grand prize blog candy Becka is giving away.
Here is the card I made for this hop:
My skater on my card was made from the winter woodland cartridge, and was cut at about 2 1/2 inches, and I used a robins egg blue paper for the dress, and chocolate for the legs and head. I then used white glitter glue to add sparkles to the skates, and the edges of her dress. I then used a snowflake cuttlebug folder, and cuttlebugged a plane white sheet of paper. I then used a makeup wedge to apply matching blue ink to the snowflakes. After that I framed the snowflakes with a couple more coordinating blue papers, and stamp the sentiment “Winter Woodland”, found in My Stamp Set Santa’s Little Helper
The blog candy for the hop today is My Stamp Set called Everyday Wishes. To qualify you must be or become a follower and leave a comment on this post.
